Issue and Safety management are built directly into the application. Logging up an issue is a simple process of drop down lists - with minimal typing. Photos are also easy to take and can be incorporated in the reporting.

Once an action notice is completed they are available in an issue list on the phone, as well as on the web.

Setup and go through your site audit criteria, whether it’s a Safety and Environment audit, a general compliance audit or something specific to your site and industry. Like site issues you can tag up an individual criteria or simply just tap in the answer. Once completed you can send it up to the server and it can be published and emailed.

A site audit is broken into various criteria within which there are a number of questions. Each question can be annotated for further detail. Even if a question isn’t applicable notes can be made for future reference.

Once an audit is completed it can be published to PDF, emailed to other users and viewed on the web.
